THE OPPORTUNITY

 Serve as the Lead Data Manager and primary contact responsible for overseeing day-to-day data management activities from study start-up through final database lock, including, but not limited to:

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Provide comprehensive data management expertise to internal and external teams.
• Liaising with CROs and other clinical vendors as directed to ensure deliverables are met and methods of communication are developed to facilitate efficient workflow.
• Collaborating with colleagues at all levels and in all departments of the company to ensure company success, including coordinating activities and timelines between members of the Clinical Operations team and communicating with company Program Management team.
• Participate/lead internal/CRO meetings as required, working directly with the assigned project manager and team to provide data management support.
• Responsible for timely identification of problems or issues that could affect study results or timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all data management related deliverables
• Partner with CRO, development and design of Case Report Forms (CRFs)
• Review Database Build specifications and coordinate database build and testing activities with CRO.
• Define and review, edit checks, participate in sponsor UAT of edit checks as required.
• Review training materials and user guides for EDC data collection tools, as needed.
• Review and maintenance of the Data Management Plan.
• Track study progress and issue periodic status reports.
• Act as point of escalation for data related issues and queries.
• Review medical coding listings as needed
• Participate in SAE reconciliation process as needed
• Process/reconcile electronic data received from other data sources, e.g., Safety database, labs, IRT
• Work with external vendors on routine data transfers and data transfer agreements
• Oversee database lock and transfer process.
• Involved in data preparation for reporting clinical study results for regulatory filings, publications, presentations.
• Ensure approved study documentation is maintained and properly stored in the trial master files.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in San Diego is $

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Arcturus Therapeutics is multi state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
